ELIGIBILITY: The 12 Grinders In 12 Months Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of North America who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Diamond Ground Products, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this Giveaway, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Only one unique referrer will be accepted. Grand Prize notification will take place within a week of each drawing date as noted in Fig 1-1. If any winner notification remains unanswered for more than 30 Days, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected.
